Triumph Tiger Sport 660 launched in India at a price tag of Rs 8.95 lakhs

New Delhi : Triumph India has launched its latest sports bike Tiger Sport 660. It has been price tagged at Rs 8.95 lakhs. The new sports bike has been made on the same platform as of Trider 660 which was launched in April last year.

The bike has been powered with a 660 cc engine that is liquid-cooled and generates 80bhp of peak power and 64Nm of peak torque.

The booking for the bike had started last week with a payment of Rs 50,000.



Talking about its competition, the bike will be placed against Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT and Kawasaki Versys 650 in the Indian market.

In other key features, the bike comes with traction control, has ABS and sports a stylish TFT display.

The engine of the bike has been fitted with a six-speed gearbox with the option of an up and down quick shifter.

It also gets a huge tank capacity of around 17 litres.
