Delhi : Honda has added a few minor but significant additions to its well-liked Hornet 2.0, increasing its price to Rs. 1.39 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

What's new in the 2023 Honda Hornet 2.0?

The addition of a slipper clutch to the list of features is the Hornet 2.0's most notable change. The Hornet 2.0 is finally on an even playing field in this regard, considering that its competitors have had it for quite some time. Naturally, the bike has also been modified to comply with the most recent OBD-2 emission standards. After the CB350 range, Honda is gradually adding a 10-year warranty (three years as standard plus seven years as an option) to all of its single-cylinder models. The Hornet 2.0 is the most recent model to do so.

There haven't been many changes outside these tiny ones. The air-cooled, 184cc, single-cylinder engine that powers the Hornet 2.0 continues to produce 17.3 horsepower and 15.9 Nm. The kerb weight remains the same at 142 kg.

Priced at Rs. 1.39 lakh, the 2023 Honda Hornet 2.0 competes with the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, all of which cost Rs. 1.47 lakh. The Hornet 2.0 is the only motorcycle in its class with all-LED lighting, despite having a smaller displacement and a more straightforward engine construction.
