2023 Kia Seltos facelift launching in India: Key highlights
Delhi : The Seltos has lately received a much-anticipated redesign from Kia India. The 2023 Seltos will be formally introduced by the manufacturer tomorrow in the Indian market. The redesigned SUV will have visual adjustments, mechanical adjustments, and feature additions.
Updated Kia Seltos in 2023: Competition
The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Hyundai Creta are mostly in charge of the compact SUV market. Both of the impending Seltos competitors, Honda's Elevate and Citroen's C3 Aircross, will go on sale in the near future. New engine in the 2023 Kia Seltos facelift
The 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine has been replaced by a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine by Kia. It generates 253 Nm and 158 horsepower. It has a 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed DCT attached to it.
The 1.5-liter petrol and diesel engines have been kept in their current configurations. Both engines have a maximum power output of about 115 horsepower. The 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox or the 6-speed iMT is paired with the 250 Nm diesel engine. Then there is the turbo-petrol engine, which generates 44 Nm of torque and is paired with either an IVT automated gearbox or a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Facelift for the 2023 Kia Seltos: Advanced Driver Aids System
The facelifted Seltos now includes ADAS, or Advanced Driver Aids System, from Kia. 17 ADAS technologies, including Front Collision Warning, Driver Attention Warning, Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Blind-Spot Collision Warning, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Safe Exit Warning, and High Beam Assist, are now available on the Kia Seltos facelift.

A new dashboard style and centre console arrangement have been added to the Seltos' cabin. Due to the installation of a new automatic climate control system and a new driver's digital display, this was done.

The Seltos receives a new set of headlamps, taillamps, and LED daytime running lamps on the exterior. The bumpers have been upgraded, and the back now has a light bar. The alloys are now shiny black and come in sizes up to 18 inches.
