Hyundai may be cheating customers on all-new Santro price tag

New Delhi : People in India are showing a lot of excitement for the upcoming all-new Hyundai Santro as over 25000 bookings have already been done days before the official launch of the car.

The online booking of the car had started on October 10 where customer had to pay a minimum amount of Rs 11,000 that would be adjusted in the price of the car during purchase.

The price of the car revealed is for the base model and people are making bookings as per that but the actual cost of the car with minimum features is way too higher.

The car has been priced at 3.90 lakh for the base model; but the key to catch is that the base model does not even come with an AC or heater, which has not been revealed before people who were making bookings. Can this be considered as cheating?

The on-road price of the base model will be over Rs 4.50 lakhs. For a variant with basic features of AC and heater, people will be asked to shell out money over Rs 5 lakhs.
