Hyundai takes stringent action against JMV staff who manhandles customer
New Delhi : Youtuber Arun Pawar's video on YouTube that demanded action against JMV Motors Alipur for allegedly beating up his cousin, who had gone to get his car serviced, reached Hyundai India's top management and they initiated a strict action against the culprits.
On Thursday, he uploaded a new video (shot in front of JMV Hyundai dealership) to explain that the resolution has come. Both the company and dealership's heads have contacted him personally to resolve the matter with appropriate compensation.
Mr Pawar says that the company has also compensated for their mobile device which was allegedly broken by then staff of the dealership.
The culprit staff has also been fired and police has initiated action against them.
Many YouTubers had come in support of Arun Pawar and his cousin Ajit Pawar when it was learned that some of the dealership staff smashed Mr Ajit Pawar for personal grudges aroused after the victim denied deleting a video in which he had highlighted the problems which have come in his brand new car.
In the latest video, Pawar brothers have said that they are satisfied with the resolution and have no grudges against the dealership.
