Delhi : Prices for the Grand Cherokee have increased by Jeep India. The brand's flagship SUV, which debuted in November of last year, has seen a price increase of Rs. 1 lakh and is now available for Rs. 78.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

Features and specs

The Grand Cherokee sits on 20-inch alloy wheels and sports the distinguishing family look of a seven-box front grille and clamshell hood. It is available as a five-seat SUV and has a panoramic sunroof, a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system in the centre, and a digital instrument panel.

Powertrain features 

A 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that delivers 268 horsepower and 400 Nm of maximum torque powers the Jeep Grand Cherokee.The powertrain is connected to an automatic transmission with an eight-speed torque converter and paddle shifters, sending power to all four wheels.

Current price of Jeep Wrnagler

The Jeep Wrangler and Meridian's ex-showroom pricing were also increased by Jeep in January 2023. The Wrangler had a price increase of Rs. 1.20 lakh, while other Meridian models saw price increases of Rs. 20,000. As a result, the starting prices for both models are now Rs. 30.10 lakh and Rs. 59.05 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively.
