Delhi : The booking information for the 2024 Kia Sonet was just made available to us yesterday, ahead of its formal release. The much-anticipated five-seater SUV has now been unveiled by the Kia in the nation. This is the first significant update for the 2020 debut of this Hyundai Venue challenger; reservations will open on December 20, 2023.

Colour Option of new kia sonet

The redesigned Sonet will be available in seven different exterior colour options: HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, HTX+, GTX+, and X-Line. Among the monotone tones are Matte Graphite, Intense Red, Imperial Blue, Clear White, Pewter Olive, Glacier White Pearl, Sparkling Silver, Gravity Grey, and Aurora Black Pearl. Conversely, the two-tone hues with a black roof are Glacier White Pearl and Intense Red.

Features of new kia sonet

A redesigned front fascia with inverted L-shaped LED DRLs, newly designed LED headlights, new LED fog lamps and a rear light bar that spans the length of the tailboard are some of the 2024 Sonet's standout features. A new digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, a Level 1 ADAS suite, a redesigned air conditioning panel, voice-activated window functionality, and ventilated front seats are all standard features inside the interior.

Powertrain of new kia sonet

The new Sonet will continue to provide the same powerplant choices as the current model mechanically. It still has a 1.5-liter diesel engine producing 250 Nm of torque and 114 horsepower, a 1.0-liter turbo-petrol producing 118 horsepower and 172 Nm of torque, and a 1.2-liter NA petrol engine producing 82 horsepower and 115 Nm of torque. 

Five-speed manual, six-speed manual, six-speed iMT, six-speed automatic and seven-speed DCT gearbox will all manage the gearbox responsibilities.
