Delhi : Lexus India introduces an innovative app that enables customers to remotely manage their vehicles and access a range of connected services. The app offers convenient features such as SOS call functionality, which allows users to connect with a 24/7 emergency call center in case of accidents or emergencies. Additionally, customers can remotely ventilate their front seats and immobilize the engine if the vehicle falls into the wrong hands.

One of the key benefits of the app is its ability to connect users with 24X7 roadside assistance whenever required. Moreover, it includes a driver/chauffeur alert system that notifies users if their vehicle leaves designated areas, exceeds speed limits, or if seatbelts are not fastened. Users can also access the vehicle's past service history and obtain estimates for future services.

The app is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play store and is compatible with smartphones, smartwatches, and voice assistants. However, specific features may vary depending on the vehicle model owned by the user. Naveen Soni, President of Lexus India, expressed excitement about future app enhancements and encouraged customer feedback to incorporate additional desired features.

In addition to the app launch, Lexus India has commenced deliveries of the all-new Lexus RX, the brand's first fully connected vehicle in India. With a physical presence in 16 cities and 23 guest touch points, including the Lexus Virtual Dome, the brand aims to provide a comprehensive and connected experience to its valued customers.
