Delhi : Two new entry-level variants of the XUV300 range were added to the lineup on Thursday, according to Mahindra & Mahindra. The W2 petrol variant, which has a starting price of 7.99 lakh, has made the range's entry point more accessible. The Petrol TurboSportTM series now includes the W4 model, which costs 9.29 lakh rupees (both prices are ex-showroom).

The sporty, high-performance 1.2 L mStallion TGDi petrol engine choice is now offered in a more inexpensive configuration with the release of the W4. Previously, only models starting with the W6 had access to this powerplant. The engine's 230 Nm of maximum torque and 96 kW of output allow it to accelerate from 0 to 60 kilometers per hour in only five seconds.

Additionally, the firm added a sunroof to both the gasoline and diesel versions of the W4 variation line. The new entry-level W2 model has reduced the starting price of the XUV300 range from ₹8.65 lakh to ₹7.99 lakh. The W8(O) Turbo Diesel with AutoShift gear costs ₹14.59 lakh more.

Both modern auto SHIFT technology and manual gearbox are offered for the Mahindra XUV300's diesel and gasoline engine choices. The SUV says it has a high level of fuel efficiency for its class. It comes with a number of first-in-segment features like dual-zone automatic AC and all 4-disc brakes. The five-seater SUV features a large interior and a tough exterior.

Mahindra modified its XUV300 earlier in March with new engines to comply with higher emission standards beginning on April 1. The automaker updated the XUV300 series with RDE-compliant engines, allowing for ethanol-based fuel compatibility. Mahindra has upped the sub-compact SUV's pricing as a result.
