Pay upto Rs 12,000 more for your new Maruti Suzuki car

New Delhi : Planning to buy a Maruti Suzuki car? Now it will cost you upto Rs 12,000 more than its regular price.

Other brand makers like Honda, Toyota Kirloskar, Tata Motors and Skoda had increased price of their variants a month ago.

The average hike in price across models ranging from entry level Alto 800 to premium car S Cross is from RS 1,000 to 4,000.

Most talked about car of recent times Baleno has also registered an hike in the range of Rs 5000 to Rs 12000.

Honda has claimed a rise of Rs 10000 across its models last month. While, Skoda had scaled prices up by Rs 33,000 effective from January 1, 2016.

Growing demand and minimum base features are being cited as the reason behind these price hikes.
