Delhi : Several automakers, including Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Kia, are prepared to release four SUVs in the ensuing three to four months. By August 2023, every new model will be available for purchase. The Fronx small crossover from Maruti Suzuki will go on sale in the next weeks, but the 5-door Jimny won't be available until May 2023. By mid-2023, the redesigned Kia Seltos and Tata Nexon will also be available. Let's examine the salient characteristics of the aforementioned SUVs.  

TATA NEXON FACELIFT

According to reports, the extensively modified Tata Nexon will go on sale in August 2023. The tiny SUV's design and interior will this time take cues from the Curvv concept. It will also get a bigger infotainment system, purple seats, a new digital instrument cluster, a new touch panel, and toggle switches. It will also get a new two-spoke steering wheel. A new 1.2L turbo-petrol engine with 125 horsepower and 225 Nm of torque may also be made available for the 2023 Tata Nexon facelift. There will also be the 1.5L, 115bhp diesel engine available.

MARUTI FRONX

The Indo-Japanese automaker's first significant product introduction this year will be the Maruti Suzuki Fronx. The two petrol engines for the tiny crossover a 100 bhp, 1.0 L turbo and a 190 horsepower,.2 L naturally aspirated will be offered in 5 trim levels. There will be a choice between two automatic and one manual transmission. A 360-degree camera, a leather wrapped steering wheel, cruise control, a HUD unit, 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, and dual tone colour schemes are just a few of the special amenities available on the top-tier Alpha model. The Maruti Fronx will face up against the Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger when it is released.

MARUTI JIMNY

Next month (May 2023), the lengthy wait for the 5-door Maruti Jimny will be ended. It will only be available in the Zeta and Alpha trims, both of which are powered by a 1.5L K15B petrol engine. The petrol engine produces 105 horsepower and 134 Nm of torque and has a 5-speed manual and a 4-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The SUV sports a manual transfer case, a low range transmission with "2WD-high," "4WD-high," and "4WD-low" modes, and Suzuki's AllGrip Pro 4WD technology. Hill hold help and six airbags are standard safety features in the Alpha model, which also includes an Arkamys sound system, an automatic headlight system, and SmartPlay pro+ infotainment. 

KIA SELTOS

The new 2023 Kia Seltos facelift will probably go on sale in July. The SUV will have a new 1.5L turbocharged petrol engine with 160 horsepower. It may also be ordered with a 115 horsepower, 1.5 L turbocharged petrol or diesel engine. A high level of safety will be provided by the new Seltos' ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) technology. A panoramic sunroof, a surround-view monitor, navigation-based smart cruise control, remote smart parking assistance, highway driving assistance and automatic high lights are further features on the list. The touchscreen infotainment system won't change, but there will be a new 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster.
