Tata Altroz outsells Hyundai i20, takes a dig on Twitter

New Delhi : Tata Motors have been receiving good sales number for their recent cars like Nexon and Altroz; recently, the latter outsold its main rival Hyundai i20. However, the company did not mention i20 directly in their message.

In the first quarter of FY22, Altroz sold 15,895 units, while the i20 managed 14,775 units.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time when Tata has taken a dig on Hyundai. Tata targeted the i20 in 2020 on Halloween. Tata has also released advertisements targeting the Altroz's rivals on the occasion of Valentine's Day in 2021 and Father's Day in 2020.
