Tata Motors discontinues its famous Nexon Jet SUV, removes it from official website
New Delhi : Tata Motors is known for launching different variants of its cars. Recently, they had launched Kaziranga edition, Jet edition and Gold Edition for their famous SUVs - Nexon, Harrier and Safari. Edition. The company had fitted ventilated seats towards the front in Kaziranga edition; while in Gold Edition, they had given ventilated seats in the rear. And recently company had launched Jet edition with ventilated seats and a tilted sunroof. It has been learned that the company has discontinued jet edition and also removed it from the official website.
Tata Nexon Jet Edition Discontinued
The company had launched Nexon Jet Edition in August 2022. Nexon Jet Edition comes with a petrol manual gearbox for ₹12.13 lakh while it goes up to ₹14.08 lakh for the diesel AMT variant. All these prices are ex-showroom prices. As per latest reports, the company has shut down production of both petrol and diesel Jet variant for Tata Nexon. It has been learned that the decision has been taken after the falling demand for the car in the market.
Tata Nexon available in 60 variants
Like we mentioned earlier, Tata Motors had launched Jet edition for Harrier and Safari SUVs also. But there are no reports which claim that they are also getting discontinued in recent times. The company will continue to sell their jet variants for Harrier and Safari SUVs. Since the jet edition of Tata Nexon has been removed from the official website, the buyers will not be able to book the car from now onwards. It is interesting to learn that even after this continuation of jet variants of Tata Nexon, the company is offering 60 different variants of the car.
What Tata Nexon had in offer?
Tata Nexon Set Edition was similar to Tata Nexon petrol variants with a minimal changes like ventilated seats, tilted sunroof, air purifier and wireless charging connectivity options.
