Mumbai : Tata Motors has registered a massive jump in sales figures for EVs in November.

The company currently offers two EVs -  Tata Tigor and Tata Nexon. While the company did not disclose the individual sales figures of the cars, the company said it sold 1,751 units of electric vehicles in the month of November.

Currently, in the Indian market Tata is the only company dominating the electric vehicles segment. The company offers Tata Tigor at the starting price of Rs 11.99 lakhs and Tata Nexon at a starting price of Rs 13.99 and lakhs (Ex showroom Delhi). Both the cars claim driving range of around 300 kms on a single full charge.

While the electric vehicle sales figure for Tata is increasing, the company is paying good attention to the conventional models too. The company has recently launched an all new Tata Safari; it also launched a micro-suv with the name Punch.

In terms of sales Tata Nexon remains the leader of the company and Tata Punch has taken the second spot.
