Tata Motors Takes a step forward with dual electric vehicle showrooms in gurgaon

Delhi : Tata Motors has opened two new electric vehicle dealerships in Gurgaon under the new "Tata.ev" brand. Customers can visit these showrooms starting on January 7, 2024, and they will exclusively feature the Indian automaker's electric range.

The stores are situated on Sohna Road and Sector 14 in Gurgaon. Because they are based on the ideas of sustainability, community, and technology, these EV-specific showrooms will provide unique experiences. Additionally, the carmaker intends to create additional EV stores around the nation.

The Tiago EV, Tigor EV, and Nexon EV are the three all-electric cars that the brand now offers for sale. Nonetheless, the automaker intends to add up to 10 EVs to its lineup by the end of 2025. The forthcoming Punch EV, Curvv EV, Harrier EV, Safari EV, and Sierra EV will fall under this category.

Shailesh Chandra, MD of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, made the following statement during the opening of the new showrooms: "With insights gathered from over 1 Lakh Tata EV customers, we understand that the EV consumers seek a different kind of customer experience." They want the newest technology and are aware of how the world is changing as well as how much driving costs.

This aligns with the three main objectives of the new brand identity: technology, community, and sustainability. Since the brand's new flagship showrooms are its first tangible representations, we have redesigned the client journey to reflect this. In order to empower our clients, we intend to create a peaceful community area that will host customer events, workshops with a sustainability theme, and customer gatherings and services. These showrooms serve as Tata.ev community hubs in Gurugram in addition to serving as EV retail locations.
