Delhi : The three-row Innova Hycross MPV from Toyota Kirloskar Motor has begun to arrive at its local dealerships. Model bookings have already started, at a nominal fee of Rs 50,000. There will be 5 trim levels for the MPV model lineup: G, GX, VX, ZX, and ZX (O). At the January 2023 Auto Expo, prices for the new Toyota Innova Hycross will be made public. The entry-level variant is anticipated to cost roughly Rs 22 lakh, while the fully loaded variant is anticipated to cost Rs 30 lakh. The waiting period has already increased to six months.

Both 2.0L petrol strong hybrid and 2.0L gasoline normally aspirated powertrains will be available for the next Toyota MPV. The former will have a CVT gearbox and produce 172 horsepower and 205 Nm, whereas the latter will have an e-Drive gearbox and produce 186 horsepower. According to the automaker, the Innova Hycross hybrid would have a range of 1097 km and a fuel economy of 21.1 kmpl. It takes 9.5 seconds to go from 0 to 100 kph. The model is built on Toyota's TNGA-C platform and supports a monocoque chassis.

The new Toyota Innova Hycross incorporates the Toyota Safety Sense suite of ADAS (advanced driver assistance system). It has features including pre-collision system, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, and lane assistance. Additionally, the MPV is equipped with 6 airbags, traction control, electronic stability programme, ABS, and EBD. It is the first car in its class to have a bench seat for the third row and an ottoman function for the middle row.

A 9-speaker BL audio system, ventilated front seats, linked car technology, ambient lighting, paddle shifters, multi-zone climate control on both the front and back sides, a big panoramic sunroof, and a powered tailgate are also included in the list of goodies. The interior of the new Toyota MPV has a dual-tone (Brown and Black) design concept, and the seat upholstery is Dark Chestnut leather.
