New Delhi : The royal couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markel took their first drive after marriage in a quintessential vehicle. The handsome Prince in his Army regalia and the beautiful bride in her white Givenchy dress looked completely different when they drove the classic Jaguar designed with a modern electric twist.  Post wedding, the couple made their way from Windsor Castle to Frogmore House on the Windsor Estate.

In a real British style, the now Duke of Sussex drove his wife Meghan in a Jaguar E-Type, absolutely perfect for their romantic drive. The couple has chosen this car which is built with the new Jaguar E-Type Zero Concept, has the appeal of the classic Jag on the outside but actually a brand new electric car under the skin.

It is always that the British Royal family has soft corner for Jaguars and Land Rovers, and, Queen also choose electric car to drives herself too. After all, the body, shape, style and size makes it super cool as compared to other vehicles.

The classic Jaguar has absolutely sexy exterior, deeply attached to its roots. In addition to long accentuated body and the low slung shoulder line and spoked wheels, under the hood, the car gets a 40 kWh battery, a 295 bhp motor and a range of 270 kms. The Jaguar E-Type has been voted as the most beautiful car in the world, not just by common consent but even according to the renowned 'Enzo Ferrari'.

The ‘Zero Concept’ introduced by Jaguar Land Rover Classic and was exhibited last year. The electric powerplant on the car is placed exactly where the original engine was and is completely exchangeable allowing the original engine of the car to be installed back in if the owner so desires. It’s not only that the electric E-Type offer more reliability, the vehicle is also better in terms of performance and is lighter as compared to the Series 1 that it is based on.

The Jaguar E-Type Zero Concept also includes a lot of components from the I-Pace all-electric SUV that was launched at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year. The car still runs its original steering box, suspension, brakes, etc and drives and handles very similarly to an actual original E-Type effectively offering the best drive to its people.
