BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover resigns as company MD
New Delhi : BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover has resigned from the post of Managing Director amid ongoing tussle in the company.
He lost an arbitration that he had filed with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, claiming that the investigation against him by the company is illegal.
Last Month, Ashneer Grover had publicly announced going on a temporary leave from the company, mentioning he will return in April 1.
An investigation was launched against Mr. Grover for allegedly using abusive language with a Kotak Mahindra Bank executive and fraudulent practices.
He had appealed before the arbitrator that such investigation is breach of contract and illegal.
