Free Covid vaccination at Arya Hospital by THE MUTHOOT GROUP in association with Diocese of Faridabad-Delhi
New Delhi : In collaboration with The Muthoot Group, Diocese of Faridabad-Delhi arranged a Free Covid vaccination Drive for the marginalised, poorest of the poor, and downtrodden people of the society started from 19th June onwards.
The Drive was inaugurated by Archbishop of Faridabad-Delhi Mar Kuriakose Bharanikulangara on 19th June 2021. At Arya Hospital, Janakpuri. Mr.Alexander George Muthoot, Dy. Managing Director of The Muthoot Group, Mr. R M Diwan, Senior General Manager, The Muthoot Group, Mar Jose Puthenveettil, Auxiliary Bishop of Faridabad Diocese, etc... were the eminent personalities along with more than 100 people, participated in the inaugural function through online. Mr.Rakesh Mehra, Senior DGM, The Muthoot Group addressed the gathering. Mr.Shoji Paul, Senior Regional Manager, The Muthoot Group, Delhi West handed over Covid Medical Kit to ArchBishop Kuriakose, the first beneficiary on the occasion.
The function was graced by the presence of many beneficiaries from different sections of the society, priests, and nuns from different parts of Delhi. It is planned to vaccinate 1000 beneficiaries out of which 150 beneficiaries were vaccinated on the day of inauguration.
Mr.P Z Thomas, General Convenor of the program introduced and welcomed the guests. A vote of thanks was given by Fr. Jomy Vazhakkalayil, Vaccination Drive coordinator.
The Muthoot Group has been actively involved in fighting with Covid to save precious lives and helping the poor, needy, have nots and downtrodden people with a supply of food and other essential items during these challenging times.
