PayTm becomes official digital payments partner for prime ministers' museum

New Delhi : PayTm has become the official digital payments partner for the prime ministers' museum.

Earlier on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 'Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya' (prime ministers' museum) in Delhi. The museum has been set up to showcase all prime ministers in the country since independence. 

PM Modi has become the first person to buy the ticket to see the museum. He made the purchase via Paytm electronic data capture machine.

Under the partnership, PayTm is offering its payment gateway, EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines and QR code payment options to keep the process smooth and hassle free for visitors.

The museum will open for public from next week. It will tell the story of India after independence through the lives and contributions of its prime ministers.
