Gautam Adani surpasses Mukesh Ambani to become Asia's richest man

New Delhi : Gautam Adani has surpassed Mukesh Ambani to become Asia's richest man.

The net worth of Gautam Adani now stands at USD 88.5 billion and Mukesh Ambani's net worth stands at USD 87.9 billion, according to Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

There are many businessmen who have shown exceptional growth during the pandemic. Gautam Adani is one of them. He was worth around USD 40 billion at the same time last year.

The Adani Group's shares have risen 1000 per cent on NSE since June 2020.

He is currently in the 10th spot of the world's richest person. Mukesh Ambani is now at the 11th spot.

Elon Musk stands on top with a total net worth of USD 235 billion. He is followed by Jeff Bezos with a net worth of USD 183 billion.
