JEE Mains 2022 to be held in two sessions, check dates and details

New Delhi : The Ministry of Education announced that JEE Mains 2022 will be held in two sessions in April and May. It must be noted that students must not panic after seeing only April session on registration window as the registration for May session will be opened at the later date.

JEE Main Session 1 is to be held on April 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21. JEE Main Session 2 is to be held on May 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29.

The notice read, " The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE (Main) comprises two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments. It is also an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs. Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B. Arch and B. Planning courses in the Country.

"The JEE (Main) - 2022 will be conducted in 02 (two) sessions for admissions in the next academic session (2022-23)."
