UPSC Recruitment 2018: All you need to know about vacancies and details

New Delhi : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released notifications for eligible candidates to apply for the UPSC CAPF Recruitment Exam 2018. UPSC has invited applications for filling 398 Assistant Commandant Posts in BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP and SSB. The UPSC recruitment exam will be held on August 12 to fill 398 vacancies.
According to the UPSC notification, 398 vacancies (BSF: 60, CRPF: 179, CISF: 84, ITBP: 46, SSB: 29) will be filled through the examination.
The interested candidates can apply online at official website,upsconline.nic.in. from April 25, 2018 to May 21, 2018. The written examination of UPSC CISF another post will be held on August 12, 2018.

Online Application Process Begins: 25th April 2018
Online Application Process Ends: 21st May 2018, 6PM
Admit Cards to released: Two Weeks before the exam
Exam Date: 12th August 2018 (2PM to 5PM)

For General/UR candidates
Minimum: 20 years
Maximum: 25 years

For OBC candidates: 03 years

Male candidates of Unreserved/OBC – Rs.200
Female candidates/SC/ST - Nil
Educational qualification for UPSC Recruitment 2018
The Candidates need to be gratuates from a recognized University or College. An NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate is desirable during the interview or personality test round but not compulsory.
UPSC Recruitment 2018 exam pattern
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the written examination on August 12, 2018 and it will comprise two papers.
Paper I: General Ability and Intelligence – 250 marks
Paper II : General Studies, Essay and Comprehension – 200 Marks

3. Click on Online Application for Various Examinations.
4. Click on Click Here for PART I and fill the application form and then move to Part II to complete the application process.
5. Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference.
