CBSE Class 10, Class 12 results to be announced in July, exams in schools

New Delhi : The results pending for Class 10 and Class 12 of CBSE Board will be announced in July end. The examinations will be held in students' school and not external centres, said Ramesh Pokhriyal, Union Human Resource Development Minister.

On Monday, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had announced the date sheet for the examinations for both Class 12 and Class 10 pending subjects. The board examinations for remaining papers will commence from July 1 and conclude on July 15, 2020.

The reports also suggested that the examination for JEE Mains examination will also be held between July 18-23.

Earlier, the HRD minister had said that evaluation would take maximum of 50 days. The Board started the evaluation process during lockdown 3.0 by sending answer sheets to teachers at their homes, in line with the lockdown restrictions and social-distancing protocols.
