CBSE Class 10 results: Three Delhi students commit suicide
New Delhi : Three Delhi students have committed suicide after their poor performance in the recently announced Class 10 CBSE board examination results.
A girl reportedly killed herself at her house in Dabri after she failed in the CBSE Class 10 examination, said police.
The girl, who failed in Mathematics and science examination, was upset with her result. No suicide note has been recovered so far.
Two other students had also allegedly committed suicide for not scoring good marks in the Class 10 CBSE board examination in separate areas of Delhi yesterday.
The two students had scored 59% and 70% marks and were unhappy about not scoring well, police said.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the Class 10 board exam results on Monday. The overall pass percentage was 86.70.
