New Delhi : CBSE NEET 2018 admit card release has been delayed, recent reports suggest. Candidates can track the information about NEET 2018 admit card on its official website, so that they can download it in on time. According to National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 information bulletin, the CBSE will provide the facility of downloading NEET 2018 admit cards on the Board's website, cbseneet.nic.in.

"NEET (UG) 2018 is set to be held on Sunday, May 6 at 10.00 am. NEET (UG) will be held in single stage and would be an objective type test. The duration of test will be 3 hours. “The schedule will remain unaltered even if the date of test is declared a public holiday,” said CBSE in a statement.

The responsibility of the CBSE is limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and providing All India Rank to the Directorate General Health Services, Government of India for the conduct of counselling for 15% All India Quota Seats and for supplying the result to state/other Counselling Authorities.

Steps to download CBSE NEET 2018 admit card:

1. logon to official website cbseneet.nic.in.

2. View ‘Online Services’ section at the extreme left hand on the homepage and then click on ‘Candidate Login’

3. A new page will open. Enter your registration number and password and click on Login.

4. Your admit card will be displayed on screen 

5. Candidates are advised to take atleast three printouts of the admit car

6. Candidates need to save the Admit Cards till their admission in MBBS/BDS Courses.

About CBSE NEET

As per regulations framed under the Indian Medical Council Act-1956 as amended in 2018 and the Dentists Act-1948 as amended in 2018, NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG), 2018 (NEET-UG-2018) will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in India in Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament i.e. AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry.
