FICCI Homeland Security Conference 2023 to address emerging challenges in safeguarding National Security from cyber threats
New Delhi : The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is set to host the FICCI Homeland Security Conference 2023 on September 15, 2023, at FICCI House in Delhi. This event will serve as a platform for in-depth discussions and exploration of the latest advancements in internal security and policing strategies.
During the inaugural program, FICCI will honor the exceptional contributions of State Police Departments, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), and Central Police Organizations (CPOs) with the prestigious FICCI SMART Policing Awards. These awards recognize outstanding achievements in the realm of homeland security and policing.
The highlight of the Inaugural Session will be the Keynote Address delivered by the Chief Guest, Mr. Prakash Singh, Former Director General of the Border Security Force (BSF) and Director General of Police (DGP) for Uttar Pradesh and Assam. The session will also be addressed by Dr. Arvind Gupta, Director of the Vivekananda International Foundation and Former Deputy National Security Advisor to the Government of India.
