Microsoft’s first 'Education Days' in India: Details inside

New Delhi : Microsoft India, the tech giant will organize its first ‘Education Days 2018’ in India. The two-day event starting Tuesday will be held in Gurugram, Delhi-NCR. The event will be conducted to showcase innovation and exchange of ideas to transform the focus of education on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

On the auspicious occasion, Microsoft would facilitate an exchange of ideas to revamp the educational landscape through technology.  The interactive sessions are planned for innovative educators. Education transformation framework (ETF) workshop will be designed for policy-makers to help education leaders and school principals transform education in their institutions.

Education Days will focus on educators’ exhibition on innovation, where 120 teachers from across India will showcase innovative work executed in their schools focusing on AI, gamification, personalisation, localisation and collaboration.

The discussions will be controlled by Microsoft executives Alexa Joyce, Director, Edu System Leaders Strategy, Global and Sean Tierney, Director-Teaching & Learning Strategy, Asia and Microsoft India experts and partners.

The event will also include the announcement of top three winners from the Minecraft NextGen Learning Challenge 2018-19.
