NEET PG Counselling 2020 postponed, revised schedule available at mcc.nic.in

New Delhi : The Medical Counselling Committee has postponed the Round 1 Counselling procedures for NEET PG 2020. 

The decision has been taken in accordance to the advisory issued by the According to the advisory Ministry of Human Resource Development amidst the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak in the country. The schedule has been postponed till further notice.

Since all India counselling procedure has been postpones, the state counselling authorities have also been asked to postpone the dates.

The notification on the homepage of the Medical Counselling Committee the Choice locking facility has been made available from March 23, 2020. The schedule states that the Round 1 counselling results for NEET PG 2020 will be available on March 27, 2020, while the reporting date for those who have qualified has been postponed until further notice. The dates for the Round 2 Counselling and the NEET PG Mop-up rounds have also been postponed until further notice.

NEET PG Round 1 2020 Schedule

The country has been put under a complete lockdown due to the increasing cases of COVID-19 in the different states. Examinations and applications for different examinations have also been postponed. State boards along with the CBSE and ICSE board have postponed the class 10 and 12 board examinations until further notice while the entrance examinations like JEE Main April 2020 and applications for national level entrance exams like IGNOU OPENMAT 2020 have also been extended.
