New Delhi : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Indian Forest Services (IFS) 2016 Final Result on the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in. The final selection is based on the results of the main examination held in November, 2016 and personality test in February-March, 2017.

UPSC IFS 2017  final result has selected 48 General, 37 OBC, 17 SC and 08 ST candidates for the 110 posts in different government offices. Names of 11 candidates have been left provisional in the list. Candidates will soon be able to check their total marks attained on the website of UPSC.

The marks of candidates are expected to be available on the UPSC’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of results.Other information and clarification can be done through “facilitation counters” set up by the commission near the exam centres. These will be available on phone (011- 23385271, 23381125, 23098543) between 10 am and 5 pm.

  2. Go to the official website of Union Public Service Commission 
  3. Click on “Final Result Indian Forest Service (Main) Exam 2016”.
  4. Click on the link to the PDF provided.
  5. Scroll down and check your roll number.
  6. Download the results page and take a print out of the same for further reference.
