Bihar Board BSEB 10th result 2019 announced at bsebinteredu.in

Patna : Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) on Saturday announced Class 10th results 2019 on Saturday at 1:00 pm.

A total of 80.73% candidates passed this year. The topper Sawan Raj Bharti of Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya scored 97.2%

BSEB chairman Anand Kishor announced the results at the BSEB office. He addressed a press conference along with RK Mahajan, Chief additional chief secretary of Bihar Education Department.

This academic season a total of 16.60 lakh students had registered for the BSEB Class 10th board examination. The exam was conducted from February 21 to 28  at 1418 exam centres across the state.

BSEB chairman Anand Kishor had earlier told that to monitor the exams, in addition to a WhatsApp group, a 24X7 control room was made. In the WhatsApp group all the district magistrates, district education officers and district nodal officers were attached.

Despite strict rules, 166 examinees were expelled for using unfair means in the examination and 55 persons impersonating as candidates were arrested.

The candidates who had appeared for the examination can also check their results on the official website. However, the students have been advised to remain patient as the website may run a little slow due to heavy traffic.
