New Delhi : The Central Board of Secondary Education had declared the CBSE NEET 2017 Results on the official website cbseneet.nic.in. The results are now available for students to check on the official website. Links to check the results are provided here. The result was declared at 10:43am on Friday on official website - www.cbseneet.nic.in for the result.

On June 12, the Supreme Court ordered that the results be declared by June 26. The results were originally scheduled to be released June 8. Students who have appeared for the NEET exam this year should keep abreast of the developments through the cbseneet.nic.in website. 

This year a total of 11, 38,890 students registered for this CBSE NEET Exam 2017 including 1522 NRIs, 480 OCIs, 70 PIOs & 613 Foreigners. The NEET exam has been conducted in 10 languages at 1921 Exam Centres in 103 cities. CBSE was conducted National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance Test (NEET) exam successfully on May 7 across 104 cities in India.

CBSE NEET 2017 Timeline from starting till now:

12 June 2017: Supreme Court asked CBSE to release the results by staying Madras High Court order.

9 June 2017: Supreme Court agreed to hear CBSE's plea against stay on NEET results on June 12. 

7 June 2017: Reports suggested that CBSE will not be declaring the result on proposed date - June 8.

4 June 2017: A fresh petition was filed in Madras High Court to cancel the NEET exam.

25 May 2017: Supreme Court ruled out petition to cancel the examination completely.

24 May 2017: Madras High Court in its interim order stayed the publication of the NEET results and directed officials of the Medical Council of India, the CBSE director and the Union health ministry to file their counter affidavits.

8 May 2017: West Bengal Education Minister alleged that exam papers were difficult for the students of their state.

7 May 2017: Controversy regarding the examination hall checking. There were reports that students were asked to remove their innerwears before sitting for the exam.

31 March 2017: Last date to fill application form announced as April 5.

1 Feb 2017: Number of attempts for students in exam and the new age limits were announced.

■ Once on the homepage, click on link that says ‘Results 2017’

■ Enter your registration number and other details

■ Take a printout and also download a copy for future reference
