New Delhi : The Joint Seat Allocation Authority has declared the JOSAA second allotment result 2017 for 97 institutes under the Central Seat Allocation Board on its official website josaa.nic.in.

You can check your JOSAA Second allotment results 2017 following some simple procedure given below. Go to the official site josaa.nic.in and enter your JEE Main/Advanced Roll Number and Password. Check your Allotted College and Stream. You will be allotted seat based on your category and Rank.

JOSAA allotment was conducted for admission to 36,208 seats in 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 20 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs) and candidates accepted 29,415 allotted seats. a total of 6799 seats are Remain vacant in various institutes. There 14 seats vacant in IIT Bombay, 25 in IIT Delhi, 46 in IIT Kharagpur, 19 in IIT Madras and 8 in IIT Palakkadu.

1. Go to the official website josaa.nic.in

2. Click on “JoSAA 2017 Second Round Seat Allotment Results ” Link

3. Enter your JEE Adv/Main Hall Ticket Number and Password

4. Click Submit Button

5. Download and save it for future use

About The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA):

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA), set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate the joint seat allocation for admissions to 97 institutes for the academic year 2017-18 which includes 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 20 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs), has announced the schedule of events for the allotments for 2017.  JoSAA will conduct seven rounds of seat allocation for academic programs offered by Institutes under JoSAA 2017.
