Abhishek Bachchan shares poster of Manmarziyaan, new release date confirmed

New Delhi : Abhishek Bachchan starrer Manmarziyaan is all set to release on September 14. Earlier, the Anurag Kashyap’s directorial film was slated for release on September 21, but now it will hit the cinema hall a week before its initial release date.

Abhishek seems to be excited about his upcoming film. The actor shared a new poster for the film and revealed the new release date on Saturday. In the poster, he can be seen holding Taapsee’s face in his hands as they look at each other, romantically.

Film critic and trade analyst, Taran Adarsh also confirmed the news on Twitter, writing, “#Manmarziyaan gets a new release date... Was slated for release on 21 Sept 2018... Will now release one week earlier: 14 Sept 2018... Stars Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal... Directed by Anurag Kashyap... Eros International and Aanand L Rai presentation.”

Apart from Abhishesk Bachchan, the movie stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in major roles.

Manmarziyaan will be a comeback for Abhishek Bachchan to the big screen after a gap of two years. He was last seen in the 2016 released Housefull 3. 

Coming to Manmarziyaan, it is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language romantic drama directed by Anurag Kashyap and written by Kanika Dhillon. Way back in November 2016, it was announced that Anurag Kashyap will be directing Manmarziyaan, produced by Aanand L. Rai. The film is being shot in Punjab, while some portions in Delhi and Kashmir.
