Actor Sameer Khakhar passes away at 71

New Delhi : The entertainment industries dealing with bad news these days. Recently, actor and producer Satish Kaushik had passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest. Now, another famous actor Sameer Khakhar has died after multi-organ failure. He took his last breath at around 04:30 AM on March 15th.

According to a media report, Ganesh Khakhar confirmed the news and explained that his multiple organs had failed due to which he passed away. He also mentioned that Sameer was suffering from respiratory issues. He had gone to sleep but then never woke up. They consulted the doctor, who suggested them to take him to the hospital and get him admitted. His heart was also not working properly. He was kept on ventilator, but today morning at around 4:30 AM, he passed away.

Sameer was admitted at Borivali MS Hospital. His last rides were performed at around 10:30 AM at  Babhai Naka Shamshan ghat.

71 year old actress Sameer Khakhar has worked in TV and movies for about 38 years. He had also taken a short break from the entertainment industry. At that time, he had settled in the US A, but later he came back and worked in 2 Gujarati shows. Other than that, he was also seen in Salman Khan’s movie Jai Ho where he was liked for his character.

Sameer Khakhar had made his name with a show 'Nukkad' in which he had played the role of Khopdi.
