Aishwarya didn’t interfere in casting: Rakyesh Mehra and Arjun N. Kapoor
New Delhi : There was news that Aishwarya is coming with a film, and along with that many rumors came attached to that.
The name of the film is “Fanney Khan”.
According to IBC World News, there was news that Aishwarya was upset with the casting of the film.
But Filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Producer Arjun N. Kapoor have denied to these rumors. It was being said that Aishwarya was upset with the casting of R. Madhavan opposite to her in the film.
Arjun N. Kapoor said, “There are some stories doing the rounds about disagreement in casting for the film. We want to put the record straight and deny any such so called competition or discord amongst the makers.” He further said the cast having Aishwarya and Anil Kapoor are, “deep into prep for their roles and as thorough professionals do not interfere in process of casting for other roles. It’s a great story and we are all very excited to showcase it to the world,”.
Rakyesh Mehra said, “It is quite unfortunate that such false and baseless stories are created to grab attention. There is zero truth to that, we are all a team and ‘Fanney Khan’ is a dear project to the whole team.”
The issue came to the light because there was a choice between Rajkumar Rao and R. Madhavan. In which Aishwarya wanted Rajkumar Rao while Rakyesh Mehra wanted R. Madhavan. While the settlement came to casting R. Madhavan in the film. And Aishwarya accepted the decision with grace.
