• The song has been sung by Jubin Nautiyal and the lyrics have been penned by Arko Mukherjee
• Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the film also stars Annu Kapoor, Piyush Mishra, Anupam Kher and Lisa Haydon in the lead roles.

• It is a remake of 1982 film Shaukeens.
