Baahubali 2: Ahead of release, SS Rajamouli's film creates record

New Delhi : One after another Baahubali series is creating records with every passing day. In a latest, the film has set another benchmark by getting maximum numbers of screen space to get released.

'Baahubali 2' will be hitting nothing less than 6500 screens to become a film to get the biggest release ever.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala tweeted, “#Baahubali2 will release in 6,500 Screens in India… Highest ever for any movie in India.”

'Baahubali 2' trailer had already set a record of getting highest number of views on YouTube touching 100 million and counting.

Talking about the success of the trailer, in an interview with IANS, Vamsi Atluri, the editor of the trailer, revealed that this particular one was chosen out of 25 different cuts. “It’s so satisfying to see this kind of response which I never imagined. More than the pressure of working on the trailer of India’s biggest motion picture (yet), I was very anxious to know how audiences will receive it.”

The film is slated to hit the silver screens on April 28 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam.
