Bachchan Pandey Box Office Collection: Akshay Kumar's movie starts with a bang

Mumbai : Akshay Kumar’s latest release Bachchan Pandey has opened to a good Box Office number on Friday. The movie has earned double figures on the first day.

It earned Rs 13.25 crores on an opening day. The movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles.

Bachchan Pandey is a remake of the Tamil movie Jigarthanda which was released in 2014.

The movie has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and written by Nischay Kuttanda and director Farhad Samji. The movie was earlier scheduled to release in theaters on December 25, 2020. But due to coronavirus restrictions, the makers decided to postpone the release of the movie.
