Badshah calls Sachin Tendulkar his 'guiding light'

Mumbai : 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams' film based on the life of the most popular and successful Sachin Tendulkar is set to release on May 26th. It is a docu-feature directed by London based writer and film maker James Ekrine. 

The king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan has wished Sachin good luck for the film, and called him his "guiding light". Also added, “I believed, when you did well, I would too and when you didn't, I will fail. Like a billion others I miss my guiding light. All the best for the film," on twitter.

Replying to that Sachin tweeted, Zindagi me haar na hoti to koi kabhi jeet ta nahi aur kuch seekhta bhi nahi (Had there been no loss, nobody would've won and learned anything). Touched by your words like a billion others love you Shah Rukh Khan."

The film will showcase the rise of Sachin Tendulkar. This will have the unseen life of him.  The movie aims to tell the cricketer’s journey from childhood till now.
