Bharat Trailer: Memes erupt on Twitter, mostly roasting Katrina Kaif

Mumbai : Soon after the much-awaited trailer for Salman Khan's upcoming movie Bharat released online, the people started sharing funny memes on the social networking sites. From Bollywood fans to the Nagpur City Police, all took turns to roast the new trailer and Salman with it.
A particular scene from the trailer was fetched by most of the memers to roast the cast of the show. "Itna bhaari gyaan dene ki zarurat nahi hai," Katrina tells Salman’s character in the film when he gives a long and explanation about his name. And people picked this up to make spiced up memes. The Nagpur City Police also tweeted a hilarious meme to boast about their surveillance cameras. “When you have CCTV surveillance all around the city,” they wrote with a picture of Salman in his various get ups from the film. The same picture was used to show how people stalk their crushes online with fake profile, how they make news IDs to keep renewing the free streaming service account and more.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat features Disha Patani, Tabu, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Grover and Aasif Sheikh in pivotal roles. This is Abbas' second film with the lead pair, the earlier one being Tiger Zinda Hai (2017). Abbas has also directed Salman in sports drama Sultan. Bharat will release in theatres on June 5.
