New Delhi : Anushka Sharma and Raveena Tandon were supposed to open Bombay Velvet with a song.

But now the song has been edited out

The reason behind this editing has been given as the length of the movie

Decision was taken by films American editor Thelma Schoonmaker

According to a source, the film's length was 3 hours which had to be brought down to two hours

Total of 3 songs have been removed so far

Now, the film is likely to open with the grand thank you to Raveena Tandon
