Mumbai : Mumbai Police has released a picture of two alleged bike-bourne shooters who allegedly opened fire outside Bollywood star Salman Khan's house in Mumbai's Bandra area on Sunday morning.

As seen in the surveillance clip, the suspected men can be seen wearing helmets with backpacks on them. In the video, they can be seen firing at the actor’s house. One of them can be seen wearing a white T-shirt, black jacket and denims; while the other person is in a red T-shirt and denims.

According to a media report, the police have recovered seen two-wheeler used during the shooting at around 1 kilometer from Salman's house.

An FIR has been registered under section 307 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act.

It is also suspected that the attackers have a connection with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who has issued several warnings to kill Salman Khan.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has spoken to Salman Khan and assured all possible support from the government in the matter. He said that the government will not allow anyone to take the law into their hands.

Last year in March, an email threatening Salman Khan was received at his office following which Mumbai police had registered an FIR against gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar under IPC sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 506-II (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention).
