Deepika Padukone reveals her Holi plans

New Delhi : The gorgeous Deepika Padukone makes headline quite often and this time it's her Holi plan. The Padmaavat actress has been in news for her film titled Chhapaak. She reveals that she will begin shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s film on Monday, i.e. March 25, 2019, and that she will leave for Delhi on the day of Holi.

Lately in an award ceremony, Deepika Padukone was quizzed about her Holi plans, the actress said that on the day of Holi, she will leave for Delhi for Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak. Sadly, it's only work and no 'Holi' celebration for Deepika. “It’s so ironic that on the day of Holi, I leave for Chhapaak, we start shooting on Monday. It is a very very important film, the story needs to be told, we start filming on Monday and on Holi day is when I leave for Delhi so no celebration, just a lot of preparation,” Deepika said at an event.

Last night, Deepika Padukone made a stunning appearance at the red carpet of Zee Cine Awards wearing a red gown. Few days back, Deepika Padukone went to London to unveil her wax statue at the Madame Tussauds and she was accompanied by her husband and their families. After coming back from London, she was spotted with her ex-boyfriend and actor Ranbir Kapoor in Mumbai, and within no time, their pictures went viral on social media. 

On work front, the actress will next be seen in Meghna Gulzar's film Chhapaak and the film is based on the real-life story of the acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. Besides Deepika, the film also stars Vikrant Massey in it, and Deepika will turn producer with Chhapaak.
