New Delhi : The countdown for Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone wedding begins. The love birds will exchange garlands and wedding vows to lead a happy married life together. Fans are excited and so do the guests who will attend the wedding at the Villa del Balbianello at Lake Como in Italy on November 14 and 15.

Ranveer and Deepika will have two wedding ceremonies; one will follow Sindhi rituals, while the other will be according to South Indian tradition. The wedding will be an intimate affair and very few people were invited from the film fraternity, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Farah Khan. Our source reached the venue ahead of the big day so as to bring exclusive details.
On Monday morning, twelve florists were specially flown in from Florence to decorate Villa del Balbianello. However, the couple and their families are not staying at the villa, but a luxury resort on the east side of Lake Como, in the pretty village of Blevio. The resort, which has been fully booked for the wedding, is also being decorated up by the florists.
It has been confirmed that the resort id about 40-45 minutes away from the wedding venue by road, but a shorter commute if you travel by boat.
The resort has 75 rooms and also has four restaurants and bars, including an al fresco terrace overlooking the lake, four conference rooms, a spa, indoor swimming pool, outdoor floating pool on the lake and is surrounded by a luxuriant botanic park over an area of approximately 26,000 square metres.
Ranveer, Deepika and their families are using golf carts to commute inside the expansive resort, which has heavy security.
Coming to expenses, the average cost of a room at the luxury property is 400 euros (around Rs 33,000). Considering that it has 75 rooms, Ranveer and Deepika are shelling out a whopping Rs 24,75,000 per day. For a week, they would be spending Rs 1,73,25,000.
Sounds of trance music can be heard from the property, which has been booked till November 17, which is also the day that the resort closes for the season. It will reopen next year in March.
If sources are to be believed then groom-to-be Ranveer Singh will make a grand entry at the wedding on a seaplane, that has a seating capacity of 14 people. Other guests, however, will arrive at the Villa del Balbianello on luxury yachts booked by the actor. The wedding will take place in the morning, followed by a grand luncheon.
In terms of food, chefs from Switzerland have joined the catering team for desserts and the wedding cake.
