Hrithik Roshan's 'Super 30' not to remain 'biopic'
New Delhi : As fans eagarly wait to see Hrithik Roshan entering the biopic genre, it has been learned that the makers are planning not to tag the upcoming movie 'Super 30',based on the life of Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar, as biopic.
The makers have decided to treat movie as a common man's meteoric rise against all odds, and not a biopic after several students levelled allegations of deceit against Anand Kumar.
"Since the film is in post-production, they are considering removing all references to Anand. While it will revolve around a Math whiz whose coaching institute becomes successful, they will categorically not call it a biopic anymore," India Today quoted a source.
Anand Kumar, founder of Super 30, is famous for teaching 30 poor kids every year and helping them in qualifying tough exams like IIT entrance. The institute is famous for its success rate.
However, students have different claims. While the world knows all 30 students qualified IIT exams, the students say only 3 students had qualified the examination.
Super 30 is slated to hit the theatres on January 25, 2019.
