Ileana D'Cruz wins hearts with reply on 'awkward body' remark

New Delhi : Being a celebrity is not an easy thing, especially if you are a female artist. Recently, Ileana D’Cruz became the latest target of body-shaming but her reply is winning hearts over the internet.

She recently used Instagram's latest feature - 'Ask Me A Question'. One of her fans asked if she ever faced flak "for having an awkward body".

Ileana's response is winning the internet. "Firstly, I don't have an 'awkward' body type. Nobody does. Secondly, yes I have been criticised for my body type. But I am trying to learn to love myself for who I am and not try to conform to someone else's ideals," she wrote.

The Phata Poster Nikla Hero actress also encouraged one of her "skinny" fans to love their body. "Curvy, slim, tall, petite... Everyone is unique and beautiful in their own way," she wrote.

On the work front, Ileana D’Cruz was last seen in Ajay Devgn starrer 'Raid'. She will be seen next opposite Ravi Teja in the Telugu film Amar Akbar Anthony, directed by Srinu Vaitla.
