Is Farhan Akhtar shooting a Marvel movie in Bangkok? Here is what we know so far

Mumbai : Actor Farhan Akhtar is making headlines for apparently working in a Marvel movie, details of which are yet to be announced. The actor has not confirmed any such project, but there are reports which are trending with the claims that he has even started shooting for it.

According to news reports by The Indian Express, The Quint and other media outlets, a source has revealed that "Farhan is currently stationed in Bangkok, along with an international cast and crew, for the shoot of a project with Marvel Studios, who are known to be one of the biggest film studios worldwide. All other details of the project are strictly under wraps."

We repeat. An official confirmation to the claim is still awaited from the actor and Marvel team. No details have been mentioned about the movie, if it is a fresh project or a series.

Meanwhile, Farhan Akhtar is awaiting a release of his upcoming movie Toofan, directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. The film has been co-produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. The film is slated to release on Amazon Prime Video on May 21.
