Akshay Kumar's 'Jolly LLB 2' hits half-century in opening weekend on Box Office

New Delhi : Box Office collection of 'Jolly LLB 2', starring Akshay Kumar, proves that it is the most anticipated movie of Bollywood post release of Hrithik Roshan's 'Kaabil' and Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees'.

'Jolly LLB 2' has collected a little over than Rs 50 crores in the opening weekend. Though it showed an average first day collection, the movie picked up majorly on Saturday and Sunday.

Day 1 (10th Feb, Friday) - Rs 13.20 crore

Day 2 (11th Feb, Friday) - Rs 17.31 crore

Day 3 (12th Feb, Friday) - Rs 20 crore

Directed by Subhash Kapoor, it is a sequel of 2013 super-hit movie Jolly LLB, starring Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani in the lead roles.

In the sequel, Jolly LLB 2 stars Akshay Kumar, Huma Qureshi, Manav Kaul, Inaamulhaq, Kumud Mishra and Sayani Gupta.
