Kabir Singh crosses Arjun Reddy's lifetime earning in two days
New Delhi : Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani's Kabir Singh is unstoppable at the Box Office, the film has crossed the life time earnings of Arjun Reddy in just two days of its release.
Arjun Reddy is a small budget movie, produced by Pranay Reddy Vanga under his banner Bhadrakali Pictures. Its global theatrical rights were sold for Rs 6 crore, but the movie did wonders at the worldwide box office, by crossing Rs 50 crore mark in its lifetime.
Cut to Kabir Singh, the film opened to theatre amid rage reviews from both the audiences and critics, earning a good Rs 20 crores. On Day 2, the movie increased its earnings to Rs 22.4 crores, making its total domestic earning Rs 42.4 crores. However, the total earning of the movie stands at Rs 52 crores approximately.
The movie has surpassed the lifetime collection mark of Arjun Reddy in just two days.
